Under these terms and conditions, the professional is defined as any natural or legal person, whether public or private, acting in the course of its commercial, industrial or productive, craft or liberal business in connection with the contracts concluded with Wider Cable, as well as any Person acting for the same purpose in his or her name.

Within these terms and conditions, the consumer is defined as any natural person or group of individuals incorporated in associations, which, under contracts concluded with Wider Cable, acts for purposes other than its commercial, industrial or production, artisanal liberal.

The products marketed by Wider Cable are intended exclusively for professionals unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Consumer products are marked distinctively by the text "Consumer Product" displayed in a visible place on the product page.
