Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24hours after receipt of payment and are shipped by China post register air mail with tracking and drop-off without signature(tracking website:http://www.17track.net/en).

For small packages, we offer standard airmail as a good compromise between delivery time and cost. The delivery time for standard airmail is usually between 10 and 35 days.

• China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus（16-35day without tracking after departure china). special circumstances: 35-60 days to reach their destinations, special circumstances include: holidays, policy adjustments, remote areas, etc.
• China Post Registered Air Mail （10-30day provide full tracking service.）
• e-Packet(7-10day provide full tracking service)

If you prefer delivery by Express like DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you a tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Express Poly bag/Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
